Horrible experience with this builder, especially as a first time home buyer. I found them extremely rude whenever I had questions and insensitive about all of my concerns. They failed to explain hidden terms, and almost expected me to know and understand them. Not only was it extremely delayed, they told me a week before move-in that it is pushed out yet another time which left me scrambling to cancel my moving company etc. if they werent confident that I would be moving in that early then they shouldnt have given me a date. Once finally moved in I found a house very poorly made. Many mistakes, leaks, chips, cracks in windows and walls, and many other issues. This has been a very stressful experience and took away a lot of my excitement to move into my first home. Every time I called into the office I found the staff to be very condescending and not helpful. Very sad experience for me. Service: Home building
