I worked with Stephanie, who has helped me with my tenants and car insurance. Previously I was with Brokerlink and Intact, and it was a nightmare chasing down both companies if there was ever an issue. Stephanie has been attentive, knowledgeable and lovely to work with, and able to assist with all of my questions. I look forward to continuing to work with this Branch for many years to come.

Both Martina Wilson and Kim Edmonson are such annoying agents. I am with my dad from a long time with Desjardins even when it's name was "State Farm". Christina and John Watson were way better. These two will treat you like dog. Instead giving you some better package (as you are their very old client), they will try to give as much tough time as they could. Will argue oh you have two speeding tickets whereas you actually have had one and you fighted and your record is clean, but they do their best to make you fool. Better get qoute from another insurance company and switch.
