        I worked at Kromet over the summer and can Honeslty say its one of the better factories Ive been at. People (co workers and management) treat you with respect and dignity and there is not a feeling of just being another number. People would often smile and tell me to enjoy my night or weekend, or tell me to have a good shift. There is always flexible overtime available.Pay rate is fair and competitive and shift premium for Afternoon and Nights is also good. People are always willing to help or answer for new hires. Past reviewed spoke about poor management, but I believe the management has been recently improved and communication was always clear. there are people there who truly are working to better the place for everyone, and is always open to input from workers. I would recommend applying and working at Kromet, and dont believe you will regret it
