        Absolutely love working with Pentair. Especially Krishna. He answers my email super fast, and is extremely helpful with my many questions as I am new to the industry. He goes above and beyond "Customer service" expectations. ALWAYS follows up on emails.

        Would not buy any products from this Company as we bought a robotic pool cleaner in May and have been trying for months to get the $100 rebate and they won't return calls or answer emails.

        Had issues with pool light transformer after 2 years of use. Emailed their support and refuses to help unless a copy of an invoice is provided which I would think most people cannot provide as it is typically provided as part of a landscaping contract. Will not help neither with the serial number provided. Had issues with a Hayward chlorinator as well and they sent me a brand new model. If you want peace of mind after purchase, stick with Hayward
