I went to see Jay due to pain in my neck and shoulders. When I went, I had very little range of motion and was dealing with severe headaches. After one treatment, I was 50% better. After 2 treatments I felt 100% better. I now have almost full range of motion. Jay is an amazing Massage therapist that uses a wide variety of techniques to treat and he really knows his stuff. I will be going to see Jay regularly from now on for maintenance.

It hurts so good! It often feels more like I've done a solid work out after a session with John and he usually knows what I need just from seeing how I'm standing! Really knows his stuff and puts it all to use and gets deep down under the layers of muscle to work things out. If you are looking for an athletic massage or you have an injury I'd very much recommend booking an appointment. Swearing is allowed :D

That was an experience! Love the techniques he uses, which actually get out stubborn knotshe addresses the root cause of pain and gives you ways to prevent or relieve soreness between appointments.
