Mitra Beharry RMT

Mitra puts his heart and soul into everything. He is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the well-being of his clients. I was hurting bad after starting Muay Thai, however while receiving treatment by Mitra I have noticed a significant improvement with my sore body. Other practitioners that I have visited, you can tell they are in it for the money. However, this is not the case with Mitra. He always provides you with aftercare tips to take care of yourself in the interim, until your next appointment. A very good impression for someone who truly cares.

Mitra is knowledgeable in his field and listens to your issues and work in a plan to help. His deep tissue massage has help me in the recovery of my recent injury. He is professional and easy to work with with.and always pleasant. My 60 min massage goes by so quickly and feels renewed there after. His is now my go to massage therapist

Mitra is such an experienced RMT. He listens to what your problem areas are and really focuses on them. The best RMT I've been to hands down. If you want tons of pressure on those sore muscles, he's your guy!

I've been seeing Mitra for about 2 years now. He is an amazing RMT and has helped me out immensely with my back, neck and shoulder issues I developed from a bad car accident. I am also an athlete so I need regular work done to assist in my mobility and release my muscles, this is why I try to see Mitra at least 1-2 times a month to keep my body is the best shape. Mitra is very knowledgeable in his craft and has been able to help me more than other massage therapists I have seen in the past (About 4-5 therapists) . I am very glad to have found him, He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients and I would highly recommend him not only for athletes but for people struggling with chronic pain (like myself), I am able to see the difference in mobility, range of motion and a decrease in pain when I see Mitra.
