Trisha, I wanted to take the time and thank you again for the refreshing facial from last week. It was the first one I had in a while, long overdue and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I was so impressed with the whole ReNew experience, from entering the beautiful spa, being welcomed by Jan at the front desk, receiving valuable skin care advice from the owner Patricia, to getting the most wonderful ever facial treatment from you. My skin felt indeed refreshed, hydrated, nourished and truly taken care of, during the treatment session, as well as for days afterwards. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I had at least 3 appointments canceled with no phone call to reschedule. Owner couldn't make it in due to weather but staff seemed to make it in just fine. It isn't always the easiest for me to take time off work for appointments so I was extremely disappointed every time. 1Janice is absolutely out of touch with customer service..phone calls don't get returned for at least 2 days!!! The location is never busy that she can't return calls the day of or at least answer the phone. My filler was horrible I had to have it dissolved within 2 weeks. I had Botox and out of the 6 xs only once did it turn out nice. Owner/nurse says "she doesn't inject crows feet because she likes them on women and thinks they should have them" owner/nurse is nice but I had to leave because the customer service was brutal and I keep getting bad results from incorrect Botox placement.

In my opinion they underdose. Right now I am at the 2 months mark and all my lines are showing. And the customer is not always right... they are always right. Any time there is bad weather appointments are canceled. If any of the staff are sick your appointment is canceled as they do not have anyone who can cover they shut down over the Christmas holidays alnost two weeks and they don't work on weekends and they used to take Fridays off in the summer times. If they do have to cancel an appointment they don't go out of their way to find an accommodating time like they don't open on the weekend if they have to cancel during the week etc But if you cancel on them they charge you. I went there for years out of convenience due to the proximity of my home and due to loyalty but my loyalty did not pay off. "Cancellation Policy: We are aware that client schedules can change to meet the needs of work, family and personal circumstances and that sometimes, these changes occur with little notice. When you schedule an appointment, multiple resources are reserved for your treatment or consultation to ensure that you enjoy an exceptional experience during your preferred time. These reserved resources include one or more highly trained Skin Specialists, a room and multiple technologies house within that room, all of which are made unavailable for other clients to enjoy once reserved. Please consider the costs of the multiple resources reserved for our valued patients appointments and the resulting need to strictly enforce our cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting our policy as detailed below. Although we will do our best to accommodate you, arriving late for your appointment may result in your appointment time being reduced or you may be required to rebook for another day. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a late arrival or missed appointment, your account will be charged the corresponding cancellation fee: Cancelled and re-scheduled appointments Proper notice during regular business hours must be provided. Sundays are not considered business days and are not eligible to be included in the proper notice periods. A cancellation notification email and voicemail will not be considered as received unless a confirmation of cancellation is received from ReNew staff. Appointments booked for 1 hour or less: Proper notice for cancellation or rescheduling is a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of $25.00 plus HST will apply to those appointments cancelled without proper notice. Appointments booked for more than 1 hour: Proper notice for cancellation or rescheduling is a minimum of 24 hours. A cancellation fee of $50.00 plus HST will apply to those appointments cancelled without proper notice. IMPORTANT: All cancellation fees need to be paid prior to rebooking." this was sent out to me over and over. to the point that i went in and was in extreme dental pain. When you did cancel right before Christmas I was only given one choice of a new appointment time this was dec 22 and the clinic did not open back up until Jan 3rd. That is closed for 12 days. I was also cancelled on the day prior because you don't like to do filler before xmas because you are closed when follow up could be needed. SO why did you book my appointment for that date? By the way yes I was not happy but I did not yell or swear. I just stated facts.
