Rude and unprofessional over the phone. Dealt with other people in the past (2018) at the same location, 100% different. This lady didn't know what's what and on top of it, told me my CPAP mask will cost $300 where I bought the exact same one, brand new off Amazon for $75 just a day later. Ridiculous price gouging. Avoid.

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service I received from Jennifer at the Cambridge location. I suffer from high anxiety when it comes to wearing a mask and she made me feel so comfortable that I'm willing to give it a shot...thank you, your amazing!

I have received exceptional service from this company. From the first contact over the phone to followup with service providers. All information and costs have been spot on. Who knew renting a hospital bed could be reasonably priced for the average person. I also dealt with this company in regards to sleep apnea equipment. Again, the professional assigned to us was so informative; helped us make the right decision and continues to support us on any concerns. It's not every day a company deserves/earns A 5 ***** mention.
