This place is fantastic! I had a some dies made for my leather crafting business and these tools have saved me so much time and improved the quality of my work. the Dies are so precise and well made ill definitely be ordering more! Highly recommend!

I don't even know how to start this review because what I feel is hard to express. Justin is by far one of the most incredible individuals there are. I heard about Bradshaw Steel Rule Dies from an amazing, well-known leather crafter -- Little King Goods. I had been looking for a high-quality die maker when the video popped up on my suggested. I wrote Bradshaw not expecting much of a reply and minutes later, they were on it! Their communication was second to NONE! Period...end of story. I've NEVER in my 41 years dealt with another company this responsive. When I received the dies, I made a critical error in my dies that made them not line up properly. I reached out to thank Justin for getting them out so quickly and asked how much it would be to order a replacement die for the one I misaligned. He immediately jumped to the rescue and added his expertise in CAD to help fix my alignment issues. Here it is an hour or two after I wrote him and he is correcting MY issues, that I created and is working to get me a new one ASAP. If you are looking for dies, don't hesitate! I've written some of the big names in dies and not only did some not even respond but the ones that did were nowhere near as helpful! If you are in need of dies for your work, do me a favor and stop looking and use Bradshaw Steel Rule Dies!!!

Have you ever had a customer experience so good that you blink and go, what was that? I spent hours refining my perfect template. Tested it dozens of times. Cut it more times than you can count. Now it's time to send it out in the world. I'm a little nervous. I know how quotes usually go. the replies start to trickle in... They're kind of what you would expect, just like every other quote. Form replies. Strange answers and pricing. Then I come across Bradshaw Steel, and send out a quote inquiry. "huh" Fast reply. well thats new. I write back, I'm so sorry, I have an alteration and need a new quote. (I mean common, who hasn't done that, it's embarrassing, I know). double "huh" Another fast reply from Justin. not a problem, heres your new quote, he says. And even double checks all my measurements. I immediately ditched all my other quotes like a bad date. Days later, my dies were completed and in the mail. And what were they like when they arrived? Well, that morning, called in sick to work to spend the next few days tinkering in my shop with my new dies. I felt like Christmas came in April. They're perfect. Thank you Justin!!
