Working for a private lender, I interact with a lot of mortgage brokers/ agents. I have to say that working with Penny and Norene is always a breeze. They are both very thorough in asking all the right questions and most importantly they keep a clear and consistent line of communication which keeps everyone on the same page! Met the company via a facebook ad, but i must say it was an excellent experience working with the team, especially the senior Underwriter Norene. She has an exceptional character, very kind , patient and always willing to walk the talk. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Norene and i dare say she left a lasting impression in my heart. We approached Penny to help us refinance our house so that we can renovate. She responded immediately to our inquiry and the online application process was quick and really easy to navigate.
