        I am so impressed by Frank Prospero and Stacey Bryant. They are so cheerful and helpful. Also we all miss Cathy Shafe as her professionalism is like no one else. Not impressed with all the changes Miss seeing Steve as he made himself known to everyone 2 stars are for the names i mentioned. The others starting at the top should all be fired and start over with someone who cares about seniors and . Its sad that this past year things have gone downhill. Emails are not acknowledged and it seems rules depend on who is in charge.not impressed with how management handles things. Steve come back.
