Heather is extremely genuine and interested in the well being of her clients. Visited Caton Osteopathy over the last 4 months and extremely happy with my treatments. Slightly different with more slow/gradual movements and pressures. Would highly recommend.

Heather is not only my cousin, but she is the best osteopath I have ever seen. I have a number of spinal issues, and hypermobility which is notoriously hard to treat. Heather has been able to realign me and significantly reduce my pain. She also uses unscented products which is incredibly helpful as I have perfume sensitivities.

Heather at Caton Osteopathy has helped me enormously in the year Ive been seeing her. She is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and has made such a difference in my chronic pain and Illness. When I started seeing her I was using a walker to get around my house and now I can go for long walks unaided around the neighbourhood and enjoy my life and activities that I had put on hold. Very thankful I found her.

After a year of pain and hundreds of dollars spent at a so-called specialist, I saw Heather on the recommendation of a close friend. After literally spending 5 minutes on my issue, the pain was gone not diminished, but GONE and finally there has been some relief and a return to being able to do the things I love. She is a consummate professional who is only too happy to explain her treatments in terms that are easily understood; this is truly a calling for Heather, and it shows in how she treats her patients. She provides acute and immediate care for those who have specific concerns, but what I have truly come to appreciate is her holistic and enthusiastic approach to supporting my ongoing and overall health. I cant wait to see what she is going to do with the rest of these tired bones!
