MR 1 PERCENT

We used team mr 1 percent about 3-4 months ago to sell our home. We were very upset by the lack of communication with the realtor, quite an unprofessional if you ask me. I think if the market wasnt as hot as it was they wouldnt even be able to sell. Only good thing is 1%

Very professional and knowledgeable agent. I have had the opportunity to deal with Khalid over the last 3 years and have found him to be very courteous and on top of his game. Prior to selecting Khalid, I had met several other agents including a top agent in Canada. I have to say, I found Khalid two steps ahead of his competition and was more professional and prepared. Add to that his excellent track record in the KW region, it made my decision so much easier. He was able to sell my home for well above my expectations. Definitely would recommend Khalid!

Khalid is truly an amazing realtor who has his clients best interests in mind. He sold our home and helped us find a new one. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We were certainly not the easiest of clients but he never stopped working to make sure we were comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!
