        Tried booking online, received errors regarding credit card and the written address not matching. This was tried 5 times, and with 2 different credit cards with no success, after so we decided not to go since we could not purchase tickets to reserve a time slot. Fast forward 2 days, and the charge shows up on my credit card. No confirmation email or any info was received confirming the purchase and it is non-refundable. I'm sure the Safari itself is great, but the website is terrible. Be careful when booking so you don't waste time & money
