Tammy is an amazing Yoga (and Meditation) teacher. She provides many options so every level of Yogi can have a great experience. I look forward to her classes every week and always feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually during and after the class. Tammy is a beautiful person, with a wonderful sense of humour and she effortlessly makes every class fun too. I have been doing Yoga for many years and can honestly say hands down, that Tammy is the best teacher Ive ever had.

Tammy is nothing, but awesome. She is such a kind, caring, thoughtful individual that runs the best yoga classes. They are super easy to follow and she is great at providing different levels of difficulty so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend.

Tammy is a gentle, spiritual person, a natural teacher, and she makes a personal connection with each of her students. Her yoga classes are suitable for everyone, as she takes care to instruct us how to do each pose safely, and describes adjustments to each move for various physical challenges or level of ability.
