        We as a family do not buy anywhere else for our family jewellery!! I have found that this family business is the best around!! The friendly service and care given by the staff ,for all our needs cannot be beat, their staff and family are very knowledgeable about quality and value of the jewellery the Rabethge family offers! I have never yet had any misgivings or problems with anything we have purchased here!! The quality and choice is impeccable and the service is beyond compare!! Thank you for your kind and generous service to us and our family!!

        Seems like a nice small shop to buy general jewlery, but in terms of watch repair I felt like the "watch guy" blew me off and didn't want the hassle of fixing my problem. He has every right to, and that's fine, but he made up a story how the company is no longer in business and parts would be difficult to get. The company just merged with another. I'd appreciate more honesty from a small town shop

        Amber was the perfect choice to help guide me every step of the way as I upgraded my ladys 10th Anniversary wedding ring. Very knowledgeable and professional and she truly cared about creating a one of a kind custom design that would meet all expectations. She actually exceeded all expectations despite the fact all of this was done as a surprise with just feedback from me as to what she would like. I was never concerned and had 100% trust and confidence in the team. They delivered an amazing heirloom piece that will live on in the family for generations. Truly a special place in the local community. Thank you again for the great work and for delivering the ring two weeks early under very challenging circumstances.
