Apparently ICS considers 7:30am an appropriate time to deliver, which is actually quite impressive given that according to their website they don't even open until 8am. I have been woken up 3 times now by this rude courier. I've contacted the company and been promised an afternoon delivery, left comments on the delivery slip requesting they deliver later. They don't care, 7:30am is the time they've decided to deliver to me.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this atrocious courier service, and it was an absolute nightmare. ICS is by far the worst courier I have ever had to deal with, even worse than DHL. Basically, if you live in an apartment building, you will not get your package because they won't leave a slip or go to your unit. They will simply try calling you, and if after the second delivery attempt they can't reach you, they will send back your package or hold it for pick up in a different city (because Kingston doesn't have an office location). I had to call their customer service number 3 separate times and fight with them to get my packages. Even after giving them an alternate shipping address, they still would not deliver/leave it there because no one was home. I told them specifically to leave it there and they told me themselves that a signature was not required. So why would you hold my package? It's unbelievable. Would rate less one star if I could.
