We started our renos with HausPro last year (floors and stair cases) and are so pleased, with the level of attention to client satisfaction and the quality the contractors output, that we are continuing with HausPro for the rest of our renos (kitchen and painting). They make renovations less stressful!

We asked Hauspro to quote on renovating our unfinished basement. Clemens came right to our house (50 km from Carleton Place), to introduce his company and within no time we connected with him. From our highly inaccurate concept sketches showing a 3-pc bathroom (not where the roughed in plumbing was), a family room, with an entertainment wall, a wet bar (nowhere near plumbing), a pantry/storage room, and a guest bedroomthrough to the finished project, we are so pleased with the outcome. Clemens suggested insulating the ceiling to buffer noises between levelsand what a great suggestion. I can hold meetings in my office on the main floor while the TV is on downstairs, with no disruption like before the project. Throughout, Cara kept us well informed and up to date on all aspects, managing all the trades with her calm and poise. She too came to check on status on a regular basis. Alex was a wonder to watch, from the precision framing, and drywall work, on to the finishing and painting. Every detail was to the utmost level of perfection, as Clemens had promised. The electrical, HVAC, flooring and plumbing contractors, that Clemens partners with, follow his idealseach of the tradesmen were courteous and polite and brought many improvement ideas forward that further improved the outcome. We marvel every day as we sit in our wonderful family room and remember what it was like, just over a year ago when we bought the housethanks so much to Hauspro!

We engaged hauspro to help us with kitchen renovations involving removing a half-wall ledge between kitchen and living room, removal and carpentry of old countertop, installation of a new quartz countertop with bar sitting area, and new backsplash with significant drywall repairs. To say we are happy with the result is an understatement. From start to finish the service was excellent and responsive, and sequenced efficiently and well. The attention to detail was amazing - from careful alignment of brackets to the lining up and edging of tiling - and problems were dealt with efficiently and with our desired outcome fully in mind. From a gloomy, cramped and dark kitchen, we now have a modern, bright and lovely space that has completely changed the way we use the space. Thanks to Cara, Clemens and Dave for their hard work and assistance in bringing our vision into reality.
