Stay clear of these people. They initially quoted me on the items I sent them, then Installed everything completely different. Blamed it on their suppliers Now that theres a warranty issue with the water softener they installed, they dont return emails, or phone calls for service, absolute rubbish. I was also dealing with the owner, who one might expect to be more responsible than that.

I called Regional Plumbing on Dec 3rd indicating that I needed a plumber. First thing He asked was for me to describe the problem. Once I explained what the problem was, he then asked where I lived. I said Nepean. He said "Oh we don't service that area". I pointed out that "Nepean" was listed on his website. He said "Oh that was from a long time ago." It took me about five minutes to describe the details of my problem. Where I lived should have been his first question. Very frustrating to deal with.
