We had a fantastic time staying at the Waterfront Yurt! Its the perfect amount of space with such a nice and cozy feel to it. Both times we stayed at the yurt it was extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked with all you could need. If anything was missing or there were any concerns Erin and Sadiq were just a call or text away to help us out. The property is well maintained with an amazing view, its truly is a one of a kind experience which we highly recommend! Erin and Sadiq were great hosts and helped to make our stay one to remember!

We recently stayed at Chateau Jan, one of the rentals that Jan Property manages and had an excellent experience. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped and the 3 bedrooms, kitchen & living room were spacious. The outdoor space included an above ground pool, barbecue & gazebo for relaxing. The owners, Erin & Sadiq welcomed us upon check in & suggested activities & local sight in Carleton Place. We definitely would recommend renting from this company again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful basement apartment in a great location. The standout feature of this property is definitely the private ice rink, which was a huge hit with my friends. The garage was also a great addition, with a fantastic party room complete with a Jacuzzi and bar. We spent many hours relaxing and enjoying ourselves in this space. Another highlight of our stay was taking advantage of the boat rides offered on the nearby Mississippi Lake. It was a fun and unique experience that we all really enjoyed. The owners of this property were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and we really appreciated their hospitality. We've been lucky enough to stay at this property twice now, both in the winter and summer, and it was unforgettable both times. It's the perfect place for a family or group of friends to get away and enjoy all the outdoor activities that this area has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in a beautiful location. The private ice rink, party room, and boat rides were all fantastic features, and the owners were wonderful hosts. We can't wait to come back again!

My daughter and I stayed at the Unique Waterfront Yurt. It was safe, clean and beautiful. I dont like camping so the yurt was a great compromise. It felt like a hotel room. The host family was easily accessible if needed but I didnt need to contact them as they have thought of EVERYTHING. I have already booked to stay at their other property, Cozy Cabin on the Lake for next summer. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at excellent accommodation in rural Ontario and it was truly a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city of Toronto. It was just the tonic as people say! Located in a picturesque setting with beautiful nature, it was everything I had hoped for and more! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming ambiance of the place. The cozy and well-furnished rooms, equipped with all modern amenities, provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring outside. Sadiq and Erin truly are two fantastic people and hosts! Overall, my stay at this excellent accommodation was a incredibly memorable experience. I would go at any time of the year and it offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. To quote a famous Hollywood movie; "I'll be back". :-)
