        The staff are great individuals and until Covid19 they did their best to provide good activities and support. The truth is the manager as ED has not risen to the need to the people supported in the day program. Today the manager (Barb Wood) unilaterally cancelled support for my son due to his inability to wear a mask. The mandate is clear that he is exempt. Bullying is not acceptable from anyone and my most precious person should not be bullied and muzzled because someone with a little power thinks she is above the law.
