My vacuum needed a replacement lightbulb for the power head and fuse for the hose. The light bulb was $7 and the fuse with cord could be purchased on Amazon for $14.95. I was charged $227; cash only. Bring in the machine and Ill look it over was a scam. Replaced a cord for $27 that didnt need replaced. New hose end for $80, labour for $80. All without my approval and several objections that it didnt need to be done.

I brought my serger machine for a repair to this store. First, after 10 days not receiving call that my machine is ready, I called and has been advised he didn't have a time to even look at this. Second, the price for the repair was very high (never paid even close to this in my live). Third, James lost my foot pedal together with all the wiring. When I asked him about, he told me I never brought to him in the first place. Because I sew for leaving I had to buy a new one for $55.00 and I asked to be reimburse for that , his answer for that I am out of my mind and I paid the cash there is no trace of any activities.
