Ive been a client of this well run office for many years. Robyn does a very detailed scaling and thorough exam. Ive never had any bleeding gums and look forward to my regular cleaning

I have been back twice since the covid restrictions started. I felt 100% safe each time and have utmost confidence in each of the staff and in their procedures. The news that new air filters have been installed to increase safety is further evidence that they are going above and beyond what is required. Although the office is a 45 minute drive from our house we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

We have been going to this dentist for many years, and things have been ok. There are a few reasons for the 3 star rating. 1st) I had one tooth that was not bothering me at all but was told I should have an old filling removed. Long story short I paid for that filling replacement, which immediately started giving me pain, had multiple visits for the same tooth and ultimately had to pay to have it removed. Maybe it would have resulted in the same ending if I just left it alone, but at least that way I could have went straight to having it pulled and not cost me all the extra dollars, pain and time. 2) Recent visit for my children resulted in extra out of pocket expenses for each of them that came as a total surprise with no advance notice. 6 month recall vs. 12 month our plan covers was one of the issues, Fluoride was another. (These are basic to each and every benefit plan design and something that should be confirmed upfront in my opinion) Office had the wrong information on file, and took no responsibility for what happened and ultimately we had to pay out of pocket for a service that never should have been given. 3) Like many other dentists, unfortunately we are left with the impression we have to be an informed consumer and always consider if the service being suggested is in our families best interest or being done to generate revenue. All of this said, the main receptionist, and all of the hygienists we have been treated by, have been really good and great people. (Hence the 3 star, and not a 1 star)

I recently switched my entire family to Dr. Rodgers' practice and we have been nothing but happy with the level of service and professionalism that is displayed there. The atmosphere and staff are warm and inviting. She was amazing with my two young kids, the treasure chest was a huge hit! If you are looking for a caring, trustworthy, family oriented dentist, Dr. Rodgers and her team would be a great fit!

This is a great office that has always treated me and the family well. Staff are friendly and very thorough in explaining why they are recommending treatment that is in my best interest. Communication between staff members is excellent. A very professional office that I have recommended to many friends and family members. I am rating this office 5 stars because they are awesome!
