Thank you for the excellent service. I was seen extremely promptly after a phone call regarding an eyelid problem which was quite troublesome. After examination and a very clear explanation, a prescription for ointment, and a referral to an eye surgeon (if needed) I felt more reassured about this condition. I'm a regular patient and highly recommend Dr. Charlie and the friendly caring staff. Regards Beryl :)

New glasses and progresses again.that I could never get used to before cataract surgery. With my new glasses, since surgery, I had a hard time with reading, when I came in and told Dr Charlie there was only a TINY spot I could read out of & had a hard time finding that spot, he worked his magic and viola I can see THANK YOU Dr Charlie. Looking forward to seeing you in your new location in Carlisle.

I once again had my annual visit. All the comments I made last year stand. In addition the appointment was on time and very thorough. Dr. Alfaro took the time to adjust some year old glasses that were causing difficulties and I am very happy that the glasses now have no issues. My questions were answered. The office staff and Dr. Alfano function as a team. They were very approachable and did not make me feel rushed. Once again, it was a very good appointment.
