        Booked a trailer for 12 hours with a confirmation number, showed up and they said they couldnt give it to us because someone else had reserved it. Waste of time and energy dealing with this useless place. Save your time and money, dont bother

        I would have put ZERO but this post wouldn't let me. This is a place to be avoided!! Moving day is an important day and this company doesn't care. They promised us a trailer for our move and when we went to pick it up on the day of the move, they didn't have it. On top of it all, they had the nerve to insist that they never promised it!! After reading many of their reviews, this is typical behaviour on their part. Moving day is way too important to rely on shoddy service. Don't be left with no trailer and a company that couldn't care less. Highly recommend you rent somewhere else!
