Please please fix the internet in Fraserville. April 21, 2023. Internet has been cutting out for no good reason for a couple weeks now. I'm paying you $85 a month. Please make the internet work better or lower the price. Thanks. Update April 22, 2023. Internet worked well all day until 6pm. Now it is unusable and we are unable to watch the Leafs games. Maybe it is a peak time of day usage issue? Regardless, this is unacceptable at $85 per month. Please fix. Thanks.

Called at 9am as my service was down. Answered first call and said they would notify service crew. Got a call back in 20 minutes and on site 15 minutes later. Found problem and repaired within 45 minutes. Had heard service was not great but mine was excellent service. Something has obviously changed for the better in the area of service.

This is a terrible service and they literally have no clue what's going on, internet is down on a regular basis and they have no solutions to help fix the problem, they barely can even figure out the problem.. it's ridiculous, don't waste your time, find another internet provider.

The worst customer service out there. The owner just doesnt care. Hes rude and never returns texts or phone calls. I would never recommend him or his serviced again

No service on a regular basis . As the price per month gets higher the service gets worse . The only way to confirm that service is down is to call and if the voicemail is full... You know everyone else is down too...
