Came to see the job, was told they be back never showed up or called. Rebooked came early 35 mins early said they would wait as I had to pick-up a take-out order for some workman. Wanted the money up front before I came back (85,00 cash) Message from office they could not get in the house. They left I called the office to be very rudely spoken too, stating she did not care find someone else. Not sure how they run this company but between forgetting to come not even calling then coming before the booked time. Then being very rudely spoken too I would not recommend their service. We took her advice and found a company that was very professional

I am very impressed with this company. Ralph and Ernie arrived on time and were extremely polite and professional. They were originally booked to steam clean one upholstered chair and when I asked if they had time to clean 2 carpets as well, they obliged. Their work was done efficiently and quickly with an eye for detail. They also paid great attention to keeping the surrounding area clean. They even wiped up the hardwood floor where some extra water splashed without me saying a word. Final verdict: The chair and carpets look fantastic. Their price and service can't be beat! Coming from Toronto, I paid double the price for just one small chair. I highly recommend Fabric Master Cleaning Systems. Thank you!
