        The super intendant is a kind lady, however the company that manages this property are very crooked. Be careful what you sign and look into the details. If you can rent privately, please do so. It's money first and Everyman/woman for themselves when it comes to big business. Other apartment corps are the same. Just a warning. Don't replace or fix anything in the unit. They will not reimburse you for it. Basically use the building as you see fit, protect yourself with knowledge on law, read everything you sign carefully. And don't sign anything you don't have to.

        use to live here back in the early 2000s wasnt the best buildings back then its nice to see there fixing the building up hope the folks living in the building are better.
