Bryan always makes sure he does a great job with timely service! As I live out of town I have tried other dealerships and it always worth the drive to bring it back to Bryan.

I brought my car to Krown for rust protection because I heard such good things about this place. They have tons of positive reviews and I know quite a few people who go every year to get the rust protection done here. Unfortunately, the individual who did the job on my car had sprayed areas that weren't supposed to be sprayed and heavily coated my brakes in oil. I left the parking lot unable to brake properly and it was extremely dangerous to drive the vehicle in that condition. I took it to my dealership the following day and they spent 2.5 hours cleaning up the mess. They had to completely take apart my brakes to clean everything and relubricate them. Thankfully, Krown gave me a full refund and paid the $450 bill to clean up the car. However, I hope for everyone else's safety, this does not happen again. I'm sure it was just a one off with an irresponsible employee, but still extremely unsafe and something to watch out for if you're bringing your vehicle to Krown.
