        I didn't make an appointment (big mistake). 2 people where ahead of me upon arrival, so I decided to wait after being told "we will be with you as soon as possible". 45 minutes later and 6 appointments walking through the door, I realized that my wait was going to be hours, so I left. I would have appreciated being told that 6 appointments were about to arrive, so I didn't waste my time. I went to Magicuts and was in and out in 1/2 hour.
