        Love that this location is so accommodating of disabilities. Their hairstylist, Charlotte, requires a stool/chair to make it through her day, and shes easily the best hairstylist Ive ever been to. Love what she does with my long hair. Thank you, SmartStyle Chatham!

        Horrible customer service. Stylist didnt even get off a chair to cut my sons hair.. Rude and uncomfortable atmosphere. Kids cut is not kid friendly price either

        Was at your shop at 11 am Nov 19 2023 asked for a haircut told not until 1pm. Did my shopping while watching the stylist play on her phone with no customers.
