        I had booked an alignment with them almost a whole week in advance since every shop is booked right now, arrived and they told me they wouldn't do the alignment because they "didn't know how to use the alignment machine" biggest b.s. line I've ever heard! So I asked "Why would you book me in for an alignment if you don't even know how to use your own equipment!?" And I was told to "just go somewhere else".... What an absolute joke..... Now I have to cancel the trip I had planned this weekend and wait another week for a different shop to do the job. Extremely disappointed as I used to go there exclusively for all my alignments and recommended them to everyone I know. I dunno what changed, it's upsetting to be treated like that after you've brought them so much business.
