    Its like anything else in this world. The more you put in the more you will get out of your experience. Not many companies can say a vast majority of leadership both middle and upper were promoted from the lowest levels through the ranks. Great career paths for advancement

    So much for a career very high turnover rate, low pay and utter disregard for their workers , 7 years of experience Longtime employee of 7 years with the company Concentrix- formerly Minacs at the time of hire, exact same job. The job itself is very stressful dealing with screaming customers over their broken down vehicles and dlr issues, to top it off you have management harassing you on your calls for length of the calls if they are over 7minutes, given a measly 2minutes of after call to escalate/document the case before getting thrown into the Q that last all day long. If only that were the only issues with this place.. they make horrible deals with their client creating unrealistic and unreasonable expectations for their employees, weekly coachings/evaluations degrading you, I never have felt so under appreciated at a job for so long. The management alone is enough to turn heads. Qualitys are supposed to be random pulled calls for evaluations,, the company lies and has their TLs dig and pull all your calls to find any bit of dirt on you in order to secure write ups to make sure you dont get the incentives for having top scores. The company will continue to make you feel like your never good enough and the client only sees numbers not people. Ive seen so many employees quit.. The pay is not great $17.75 Ive been there 7years and make the same as a new hire. Its a complete joke. Computer systems are dated. No respect to their employees. Extended hours are slapped on before/after your shift with no consent. The pay is the same for Case Management and Level 1, and level 1 have it the hardest by far. Always in Q, a plethora of new issues daily and you have to have this knowledge on all the new issues that happen daily with no training, just use the the resources answer hub which information is always lacking. TLs hate assisting new agents when questions are asked through chat, the place is a revolving door. TLs openly discuss other agents coachings/discipline how to write up agents to get them fired. Its sickening what the place has become. Definitely needs a union! I wish I wouldve left this place sooner. Dont make the same mistake . The only good thing here is they offer hours .., because multiple people quit/call in everyday as they can no longer take it. So many stress leaves Ive seen during my years here. The people deserve better. Chatham deserves better. Pros A lot of empty parking spaces.. Cons Everything, I could not recommend this place with how it currently is.

    Just a job, no real advancement here. They lie about raises so you end up taking on way more responsibility for a horrible wage. The employees are the only good thing about this place.
