I bought a very nice stereo for my jeep wrangler as I was selling it to my son and wanted it to be safe (the factory stereo broke after just a year). Mike took the time to show us all the stereos he had and explained why he thought that one in particular would be the best fit for what we wanted. It was installed inside of a week. I had a bit of a hard time figuring it out but I went to the business and Mike sat in the jeep and taught my son and I all the ins and outs. About a month ago it started acting up, shut down while driving and connection issues. Weve had it quite a while and I didnt know if it had warranty. Mike didnt even look up the date it was purchased- he just made an appointment to bring it in. For the next day- he remembered our concerns about our son being safe and driving handsfree. It was hard because he couldnt get it to shut off as it is random so he tried something and when it didnt work had us back in right away- he wanted to try one more thing before REPLACING THE WHOLE SYSTEM!!! And I am so glad he did because it worked! This man has gone above and beyond in customer service. His only concern through the whole thing was- how can I make this right and lets keep your son safe. We have had several dealings with this business over the years and this is the only time we ever had an issue- and look how awesome it was handled. We will remain loyal customers. I wont deal anywhere else.
