We dealt with Heath who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Heath really went the extra mile to ensure that our needs where fully meet. It has been a pleasure to do business with him and we recommend him with no reservations.

Initially, I hadn't planned on writing this review, but due to the persistent emails and calls from the dealership, I feel compelled to share my experience with Chatham Chrysler. I must say, I will not be returning after the service I received earlier this year. On January 27th, I brought my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited Hybrid to the dealership because the engine light was on. At 4:10 PM, I received a call informing me that I needed a new hybrid battery, which would cost $20,000, plus an additional $3,000 for installation and diagnostics. To say I was shocked and disheartened would be an understatement, especially since I was only 8,000km out of warranty. The service manager advised me to contact Chrysler Customer Cares to inquire about a goodwill extension. He believed that the entire cost of the repair could be covered, provided I compiled all my service records. I diligently gathered and submitted the necessary documentation. However, during this time, I was unable to drive my vehicle due to concerns about the stability of the battery. It had been under recall from February 2022 to November 2022 for a potential fire hazard, and I was instructed not to charge it, park it in buildings, or near other vehicles. It was frustrating to deal with these limitations, considering the nature of the problem. Yes, it was disheartening to realize that these vans were prone to catching fire. The dealership directed me to Enterprise, as that was the rental agency they worked with, making it easier to cover the cost since they had no loaner cars available. I decided to leave my car with them, as I wanted to follow their instructions while seeking a goodwill extension. Fortunately, I did receive the goodwill extension, but it only covered the cost of the battery, for which I was grateful. However, it did not cover the installation, diagnostics, or rental fees. I later discovered that the cost of installation was around $300, not the $3,000 I was initially quoted. During this time, my spouse and I visited the dealership to speak with a sales representative about trading in the van for a 2023 Pacifica Limited AWD with the S package. We were turned away, with the explanation that the current state of the car rendered it worthless. We explained that we were willing to purchase the new vehicle without a trade-in and then trade our car once it was fixed. The response we received was baffling. I had never heard of someone being turned away from buying a new vehicle before, which added to the overall strangeness of the situation. The following day, we visited another local Chrysler dealership, who informed us of the trade-in value they would offer for our van at Chatham Chrysler. They were aware of the problems with our vehicle and immediately ordered us a brand-new one, expediting the process since we were in a rental car. This dealership also tried to assist us with the rental fees we were incurring. Although they had no loaner cars available, they offered to let us rent a car from them at a slightly lower cost. We appreciated the gesture, but opted not to take it up, as the price difference was minimal at that point. Part 2 in different review apparently there is a maximum amount of characters allowed.
