    Yesterday marks the last day of shopping at Walmart due to a RUDE entitled middle-aged woman with short blonde hair and black glasses employee at the front entrance. I walked in with a Walmart bag in a cart, turned left headed to returns desk midway to the desk, I heard a womans voice yelling MAAM GET BACK HERE. DO YOU HAVE A RETURN?! Ive never been yelled at upon entering a store so I thought the woman was talking to someone else. She yelled MAAM again so I looked over my shoulder and she was facing me so I walked back and said yes? And she asked in a loud voice while I was already in front of her.. if I had a return and I replied with yes. She demanded I open the bag which was strange as this isnt border security or airport security and she acted as if I committed a crime. Anyway, Im sure people were staring and I felt uncomfortable with her behaviour. She proceeded to put a sticker in my bag and scolded me for not stopping to get the sticker when I didnt even see her upon entering the store.. I said okay? with a confused look on my face and as I walked back to the returns desk, she shouted loudly HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL THESE PEOPLE?! I was so disgusted with this ladys behaviour that I reported it to the kind employee at the returns desk and she apologized and said she would let someone know. I continued to shop for my groceries, however, I felt compelled to confront the rude lady at the entrance. After I finished shopping, I went back to the rude lady to say I didnt appreciate her yelling at me and behaving rudely earlier. She got defensive saying she didnt yell and that she has a loud voice (during this conversation, she was talking in a normal tone.) I mentioned that I reported the behaviour and wished her a nice day as I walked away while she was blabbing out loud talking over me saying OH YOU REPORTED MY BEHAVIOURRR?! GOOD FOR YOUUUU! IM SOOOO GLAD! OHHHH NICE! I was so embarrassed by this and quickly walked away. How the heck can someone so unprofessional and rude be allowed to work with the public? She was completely out of line from start to finish. I hope the manager of this store has audio surveillance of this incident and reprimands her. As a Walmart customer for years, I wont be supporting this company again.

    I was at this store tonight and the lines were extremely longer than they should have been. I am a retail business manager so when I noticed several exasperated ccustomers waiting for service I went to the customer service desk and asked for a management team member to be paged to the front to address the issue. The customer service desk was then opened up to help assist with the lines. I questioned the employee at the customer service counter in regards to the lack of front line service. I was informed that "people called in". As a retail business manager I am very familiar with the issues that can result of employees calling in sick for their shifts. However, it should always be of highest priority to ensure the front line is 100% intact. This store is very well presented and always seems to be kept clean and tidy but is definitely lacking in front line management.
