We hired Chris Glassford for our Festival. Although Chris himself comes across as a very nice gentleman and does try to accommodate your needs, he did not fulfill his contract with us and provide the equipment he agreed to supply therefore our sound at the festival was not very good.
We've talked to Chris originally about this situation and have asked for a refund of $250.00 in which he agreed to do. However, to this day we have yet to see the refund
Now when you call the number on his site, the number is no longer in service. Maybe he's in hiding?
