I was required to take a complete battery of driving tests due to an accident. Verbal and written testing was done in Windsor where reviews of the facility were not at all encouraging. However, my experience was a polar opposite to those who found fault or simply vented for their own lack of ability - in short, my visit was a service experience to be admired. Wait time was minimal, the person who tested my eyesight was most pleasant and accommodating and the road sign test straightforward. When it came time to schedule the mandatory road test, the dates available were scarce and the gentleman (a very accomplished person with skills and knowledge at the highest level) who assisted me recommended the short trip to Chatham where there were many more opportunities. Appointment booked and in late April, the drive test was on. My tester, Natalie, was a picture of professional courtesy and service skills. She is, no doubt, representative of the entire DriveTest staff and I am grateful to both the Windsor and Chatham offices for making a stressful occasion become a well-balanced and warm treatment. Thanks, it is nice to know that customer service skills are still possible in an ever challenging environment.

I had a bad experience at tilsonburg, came here 10 days later and the lady was so nice. Passed with flying colours. I recommend this place to everyone who mentions going for their license
