Well my complaint is actually about the company here . Global Industrial Service is a Placement Agency.The wicked black tooth whitch who run's it is awful. She lie cheat to manipulate. Nastiest employer i have ever seen and i have been around . Be very careful in any dealing by these people be it as customer or employee . They don't test drive or drug test . tell customers they do. They do not ! BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service, poor product,and poor return policy.I called three times to find out how to return a portable air conditioner after a week of use;was not satisfied with the unit. After being on hold for more than five minutes. I get this snotty customer service rep.I explain to her,"the unit does not cool the space it supposed to.She says,You used it so we cannot refund you.Mind you, I paid 430.00 for it. So they are just going to excuse my issue and keep the money.Crummy business I say. Afyer that she says possibly the manufacturer may help you.She calls while I'm on the phone with her and says, "Unfortunately,I could not reach the manufacturer, but I'm sorry they won't accept your return either". I was wondering how she came up with that conclusion,if she didn't reach the manufacturer? Anyway,come to find out she tells me.."These units are for open floor plans".. (this is not mentioned in ad for sale).Very disappointed with the customer service and a company who took over 400.00 from me and after a week of having it and not what I expected..not working to its full potential will NOT refund me for a product I'm not happy with.Dealing with the customer service repwas rude with no help. Do you honestly think it's fair to the customer to not refund for a product that they are not satisfied with?What if this was a gift?it doesn't work for them ..needs to be returned. ..no refund?This is below par customer service..I'm sure others who read this review will be aware of this business and it's issues.
