I ordered 15m of their "stash builder bundle", which was under the "cotton spandex" section of their website (see photo), thinking I would get a mix of cotton spandex. I was disappointed to find that I was given 15m of mostly double brushed polyester, which is an extremely unbreathable and uncomfortable fabric to wear. Upon closer inspection of the listing, I saw that the bundle would be "a mix of fabric types", but I still felt that I was misled due to the fact that the listing was under the "cotton spandex" section of the website. Furthermore I emailed the order desk upon receiving the order asking them to clarify exactly which fabrics they sent me in the bundle so I can determine which fabrics I can use for my child who has eczema and can only tolerate natural fibres. I did not receive a response. I went through their listings for some comparisons and did some fabric tests, which determined that I only received polyester or poly blends in my bundle. Otherwise I am very happy with their bamboo fabrics that I've ordered. Excellent quality and good prices.

I recently made my first purchase with WTTC and was very happy with how quickly the package arrived. Unfortunately one of the fabrics was not cut to the correct length and I had to message them about the issue. I was very relieved with her kindness and how quickly she corrected the error. I have already recommended the website to a friend and look forward to another purchase.
