        Ordered 2 regular chicken sandwich combos through Door dash. The restaurant cancelled the combos and replaced them with spicy chicken big boxes with spicy chicken wings and biscuits and charged us $5 extra. Instead of just giving us a different combo they essentially forcibly upcharged us with no way for us to cancel the order as it was "already being prepared." The fact that neither of us enjoy spicy food was icing on top.
