        When we first bought the gas fireplace it did not work consistently. We thought that maybe we were doing something wrong and Forest Glade sent out a tech to check things. It was shared to us that we need to adjust the airflow at the bottom of the fireplace and also a log some how moved out of place. After that the fire place did not work consistently still. They though maybe the burner needed replacing. When the tech came out he gave one look and realized the ventilation was the issue. We just wanted this fire place to work and the tech Tom fixed it! I gave 5 stars because this company will work with you, might take time but they wont leave you high and dry! Id recommend them to anyone looking for a gas fireplace!
