Our experience with Life Transitions was perfection when we had to deal with the death of a loved one. Everyone at long term care affirmed how good they were, as soon as we named our choice. People focus on price, and sure thats great, but we didnt pick them for that. It was the no-nonsense, practical approach and unbelievably responsive what can we do for you service. They took care of our every need and James was a quiet comfort to guide us through everything involved. Another close family member used them too and felt exactly the same. Wouldnt go anywhere else

When preparing funeral arrangements for our Mother and Father, we were aware that they were interested in approaching Life Transitions, however had not "gotten around to it" prior to them both becoming too debilitated to manage the arrangements themselves. We met with James to discuss with him what we knew were Mom and Dad's wishes. He assisted us to develop arrangements that meet those individual expectations. When our parents passed away, they died within 31 days of each other. I was present with both of my parents when they each passed away. James and his staff attended the long-term care home to transport my parents for their final arrangements. James and his staff could not have been more empathetic or gentle during that very sensitive time. James and his staff have been compassionate and supportive throughout this process. They patiently and respectfully answered my multiple questions. As a result of the positive experience we have encountered with Life Transitions, my Spouse and I have now also completed our own prearrangements for our funerals with James.
