        We called on a Thursday for a quote on insurance for our new home. Dan took the details and said he would call us back. After hearing nothing by Friday afternoon, I called again and Dan indicated he had a couple quotes ahead of ours and that we would have it by the end of that day. I provided my email address for the quote as well as the telephone number again. Well folks, it is 3 weeks later. We have insurance through another broker and we never heard another peep out of Dan. No phone call, no email and no quote.
