I had Preferred Insurance and Chatham Ontario I paid $3,000 for the year months down the road they said I end up owing $125 and the canceled my policy left me with no insurance at all because they made a mistake and didn't add the price up right for the year

My agent is Pam, I had a claim to put after an incident that happened on Christmas Day. I knew they were closed but I figured Id call and leave a message. Even though she was off. She returned my message to assist me with making the claim. Afterwards, she made sure to check in with me to make sure everything was being taking care off. This was my first claim Ive ever made and she helped me out the the whole way. Lois also helped me whenever Pam was unavailable. Between the 2 of them they made sure I was taken care of!
