cancelled the night before morning appt 2 times in a row, attempted to reschedule for the next day by responding to her email she sent about cancelling but never responded - enquired about discount on session due to 2 cancellations and dropped me as a client instead. Her website says 48 hour cancellation policy or you will be charged a fee for her clients but does not follow that rule for herself.
