Cathrin was wonderful when she came to speak to students at UMEI Christian High School! She focused on the three A's of nonviolent communication which is extremely relevant to their stage of life. Her speaking style was engaging, and she chose relatable examples. Students walked away with tangible tools to process and act on their emotions.
