Ive used Moores in Chatham for over ten years, and can neither confirm nor deny, just how much Ive spent there - might have not disclosed everything I bought to the wifey :) I can say Ive never had a bad experience, not once. Ive dealt with different managers, and many different associates. Service is always on point, selection is awesome, and their selection is continually fresh. Best of all, I find their value second to none and have not once had a quality issue with a single item, custom fitted or off the rack. A well deserved and easy 5 star rating! Well done staff and Moores. * A shout out to the former manager Sara (sp?) who I now believe manages their Sarnia location - first class and a pro to deal with.

I have never had such amazing customer service before. Kenzie was by far the best customer rep I have ever seen. I went into this store looking for a dress shirt, and I tried on multiple brands and fits over the span of approximately 1.5 hours. Kenzie was extremely patient and cooperative the whole time. After one and a half hour of struggle, with Kenzie's help I was able to find the perfect fit. Thank you very much for your cooperation!
