        I see Shawna for personal training. Due to a condition, I need to be careful in working out while at the same time strengthening. Shawna varies the workouts so I don't get bored, ensures I feel successful and is always encouraging. She ensures my workout is personalized and listens to any feedback, making adjustments as needed. I continue to grow in my knowledge and strength and the best part ... the session is over before I know it!
