Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquaters

My wife and I are new to Chatham in the Business scene. We run an automotive shop and are in the process of opening a pizza place. We have had a few run ins with some thefts occurring at our place and each time the Chatham police were there within minutes and conducted a good and thorough investigation. We can't always have the perfect outcome however I rest assure that they have done their best. Their professionalism of the police officers from Chatham are second to none.. Did I mention the complete thoroughness of the officers we've dealt with are at a different level than other forces.. No offense other forces... We recently suffered a vehicle theft at our business. We called the Chatham police.. They arrived moments later. They reviewed cameras with us very patiently, carefully not to miss any details. Went out immediately in search of the vehicle without hesitation. This truly was way beyond our expectations. They wowed us. The very next day we received a very welcomed phone call from them.. Stating "we've located your vehicle" Awesome work guys.. Chatham police you rock. What high level of service you give to us all. We would be proud to be permanent residents of Chatham knowing that your just a phone call away and actually care. Mr Police chief.. Give yourself a pat on the back.. You have a great bunch of guys and girls working under you. Good guidance = good officers. Thank you John and Julie C

I'm very disappointed with our Police Department to be honest. I bought a trailer with reciets and all even text messages indicating the purchase price and the individual wouldn't give up the trailer called them for help and all they could tell me was "The other party will return your money and we can wash our hands clean how about that?!" Well no we don't want the money back we want the trailer this is why we PURCHASED IT! Now I understand why people take matters into their own hands because they feel that our Police Department is a joke.

Be prepared for witnesses told to leave so the "off duty" officer is the only one whos listened too. Ive complained many times. On duty officers like to also utter hate speech. I avoid this region out of fear from the police. Stay away
